Yeah, seems like a silly throwaway type of extra goodie. Anyone who would actually use it would be a moron and displaying it would be, uh, strange.

Wow, these are pretty cool! Resident Evil Anthology for PS3 - Resident Evil Director's Cut, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 4 and, of course, Resident Evil 6 Resident Evil Archives for Xbox 360 - Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition, Resident Evil 6 and the Resident Evil Degeneration DVD I find it interesting that each console gets mostly different games, in an effort to make them each unique so people will want them both. If I got one or the other I would probably favor the 360 one because it has RE5 Gold Edition, which I don't have. I own all the other versions for the earlier consoles, and I have Degeneration on blu-ray. I really want to pre-order this, but it is out in a month and I just don't have the money to apply to this right now.

has RE1-3 ever been ported Xbox's way? that was my first thought seeing them different.. I can't play older RE titles though, just have a difficult time with controls (I can't play Silent Hill for the life of me either ). I won't be getting RE6 anytime soon though, just not something I can afford and no telling whether we'll see a RE6 "gold" edition and will wait and see if it happens before I buy it...

Anthology sounds awesome, but considering it's just download codes for the games and I've already got all of them on the Gamecube, it detracts quite a bit of it for me.
I'll definitely be holding off on 6, primarily because of money and secondly because it'll undoubtedly have a Gold or GOTY edition down the road.
That and 5 kind of let me down. It was a good game, but it felt like a step back from 4.

Ooh, I didn't even notice that those were digital/downloadable copies of the earlier games. Seeing as how I would just need to track down a copy of RE5 Gold Edition to complete a set of the RE games that I really care about, I don't think either of these RE6 editions would be necessary for me.

Yeah, I thought they were physical copies at first too.
I would have been all over this if they were.
